I'm with you there---I'd go to McDonald's, too
It was a culinary experiment between Lean Cuisine and the Weight Watchers brand. The verdict: they are both asstastic. My lunch today ended up being Wheat Thins and iced tea...a far safer combination.
I too am going to MacDonald's ;)
